November Featured Potter: evelyn Wallington

Our Potter’s Spotlight will feature Evelyn’s work in the guild shop for the entire month of November. Be sure to attend her opening!

Join us at the Ceramic Arts Center (CAC), 13 South Church Street in Waynesboro, on Friday, November 2 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. for light refreshments at an opening reception for Evelyn Wallington.

Evelyn has been a member of the CAC guild since the fall of 2016 . Her first class was hand building and then quickly followed with wheel throwing. Her first passion is handbuilding and she enjoys creating a variety of functional pieces with a rustic look.

Evelyn is an active member at the guild in serving on several committees and volunteering for events. Co-owner of Magnolia Studios, LLC with her wife, Charlie, they combine a number of media with ceramic. This includes refurbishing reclaimed wood into home décor pieces and hand crafted jewelry. They also have an all natural Spa Line in addition to a Pet Line.

They have a permanent booth at James and Jess' House of Goods in Waynesboro, another at The Harvest Barn Country Market in Gettysburg, jewelry at Bellissimo Tu in Waynesboro, and their pottery is displayed at the Ceramic Arts Center guild shop. They have been in many craft shows in the area as well as the Waynesboro Farmer's Market.

You can visit them online on Etsy, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
